For Infants 1-36 Months
Recommended dose: Infants 1 to 36 months old: 5 drops 1 time per day. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. Use within 30 days after opening.
Instructions for adults: Replace cap with dropper. Shake the bottle well before use. Drop 5 drops (0.25 ml) into the milk bottle or in a (10 to 15 ml) beverage of your child's choice and let him/her drink it once daily.
Additional dosage information: 5 drops = 0.25 ml = 1 Billion CFU
Contra-indications: Do not use this product if your child has an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Do not use this product it you are taking kanamycin, streptomycin, erythromycin and/or clindamycin.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if your child has fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhoea) occur, worsen and/or persist beyond 3 days.
Medicinal ingredients (per 5 drops / 0.25 ml): Bifidobacterium longum subsp longum (Whole cell, KABP™-042) 0.5 billion CFU, Pediococcus pentosaceus (Whole cell, KABP™-041) 0.5 billion CFU, Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 10 mcg (400 lU).
Non-medicinal ingredients: d-mannitol, dextrose, l-cysteine, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate, trehalose, vitamin E.
Storage conditions: Store away from children.
Tamper evident: Do not use if bottle or dropper appears to be opened.
